Partner Terms & Conditions

1. 1. Authorized local representative

   As a verified partner, you are authorized to operate as a local representative of All India CCTV Experts in your city/location. This includes creating and managing a local Google Business Profile (GMB) for All India CCTV Experts at your location, on the company's behalf and under its brand.

2. 2. Brand & Google Business Profile ownership

   Any Google Business Profile, listing, phone number, reviews and brand assets created or used under All India CCTV Experts remain the property of All India CCTV Experts. The company may take over, transfer, verify or manage these profiles at any time. You will provide access/ownership when requested.

3. 3. Service standards

   You agree to serve customers professionally using genuine products, honest pricing and the brand's quality standards. Poor service, fraud or misuse of the brand can lead to immediate suspension or termination of your partnership.

4. 4. Leads usage

   Customer leads shared with you are the property of All India CCTV Experts and must be used only to serve that customer. Leads may not be sold, shared or used for any other purpose.

5. 5. Free now — charges may apply later

   Joining the partner program is currently free — there is no joining or subscription fee at this time. All India CCTV Experts may introduce fees, a subscription or a commission on leads/business in the future. You will be informed before any charges begin, and you may choose to continue or leave at that point.

6. 6. Suspension & termination

   All India CCTV Experts may suspend, pause or end a partnership at any time — for example for policy violations, poor performance or brand misuse. On termination, you must stop representing the brand and hand over any brand/GMB assets.
